Department:            Receptionist / Office Services Coordinator

Job Summary: 

            Answer incoming telephone calls, take messages and receive clients and visitors to the office; general office support and running errands.

Responsibilities:

 
  • Answer incoming calls; assist callers and/or route call to appropriate party.
 
  • Greet visitors and notify attorneys of their arrival.
  • Check building mailbox and deliver mail to appropriate attorney/assistant.
 
  • Maintain conference rooms and conference room calendar
  • Maintain attorney lounge
 
  • Maintain guest portal with building management.
 
  • Assist with office events, including catering orders.
 
  • Maintain supply inventory and copy center
 
  • Maintenance of break rooms
 
  • Coordinate service requests with building management via online portal
  • Run occasional errands outside of the office (court filings, etc.)
 
  • Perform related duties as needed/assigned.
This position requires sitting for long periods of time while operating a computer.  At times, employees are required to work in excess of the normal work schedule.  Employees in this position must be mobile, have the ability to bend, and have ability to lift and carry files weighing approximately 10-15 lbs.
